"Wala Ka Nang Plus 1" Incident

A few days ago, something really unexpected happened to me.........I accidentally punched someone in the stomach. I know to some it may not be a big deal but to me it really is. So here is how the story goes. It was during speech choir, around 3:30  in the afternoon. My teammates and I were practicing very hard since we were going to present the piece on Monday ,but one of our teammates was whining and goofing around (let's call him CC). So CC, was saying things like "I'll go back home when it's 4, bahala na kayo diyan" everyone there was pissed at CC, since we all worked hard and invested our time and effort into presenting a "DECENT" presentation to once and for all prove to people that we're not just mischievous, naive and brazen students that don't deserve to be apart of our science section. 30 mins. before his departure I don't know how ,but I got into an fight with CC. I started to roast him with the help of MV and then started making hand gestures accompanied with me saying WALA KA NANG PLUS 1. Fast forward a little bit our leader told us to form a line... at my back I felt something going too close to me. The first time it happened I let it slide, but the second time my hand just punched.... and without thinking I realized that I had punched someone............and that someone was CC. At first, I wanted to persuade myself that I didn't do anything wrong and it was just a matter of self-defense but I knew it was wrong. Then guilt started to flow all over me. I thought that I should apologize to him, but when we had a water break he looked at me with anger and vengeance. So because of my scared soul I couldn't bring myself to apologize to him........

Moral of the Story: "You do not know what you're capabilities are until you have done it"

PS. Our English teacher promised us that he will give us all who participated in the speech choir plus one, hence why I used that to threaten CC to say and cooperate with our group.

SHOULD I APOLOGIZE TO HIM OR JUST LET IT BE?
