Why didn't the Malacanang and Pres. Duterte disclose the documents that China's president signed?

China's president Xi Jin Ping stayed here for three days last week. During his stay, he and Duterte signed a document. The documents that they signed are not yet disclosed to the public. When Pres. Xi Jin Ping went through Bonifacio Global City there were no cars that were owned by civilians that was driving onto the roads. The document that they signed is not yet disclosed to the public. Then Malacanang said that we should just trust them and our president.

I hope that The Malacanang would disclose the document soon to the public, so that we will not be this much worried. Them not showing the document to the public lowers our trust in our president and government. We might not even know that we are being apart of China. ( just a guess of what was inside the document. )

Duterte most likely has a credible reason for not showing the documents they have signed, but I wish  that they could just show the documents and just say that we should trust them.

For China, they are really happy to get another country to make their money and boost their economy from us.

Panatag Shoal and the other shoals being apart of the Philippines, China inhabits it and made man-made islands. Based on this we could infer that China can make Philippines apart of it.

Even before, our president started to joke that we should become a "province of China" and most of the youth doesn't even know that these are know happening in our country, because we are to occupied with what the internet has offered us.

When Philippines becomes apart of China, how do you think our national heroes would feel?
After several hundreds of years we get to say that we are a free country, but then we become a "province of China".
